*Any booking of fewer than 7 nights is subject to a short let fee (50% of nightly rate excluding VAT) which will be added to the invoice - these bookings are only accepted at least 7-10 days before the proposed arrival date. Prices valid from 1 January - 31 December 2011. Prices are per week and exclusive of VAT. VAT is charged at a rate of 20% for the first 28 days, reducing to a rate equivalent to 4% thereafter.
