The above prices are daily rates and are inclusive of VAT at 20%. The rates are inclusive of 5 day maid service (Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays) and weekly towel and linen change. Above rates valid until 31 December 2011.
All apartments have double bed only. Extra linen for sofabed available in one and two bedroom apartments is £9 per day inc VAT. Sleeps 1 adult.

WiFi: BT WiFi vouchers can be bought online or at the Lettings Office (open 9am-9pm Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays). 24 hours = £10, 5 days = £27, 30 days = £40.
Car Parking: Private parking subject to availability: Per day = £25.00, per week = £140.00.
Booking Procedures and Cancellation Policy
Making a Reservation: For stays of 1-6 days, your credit card details are required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation and your card will be authorized for the full amount. Full payment is due on arrival at Chelsea Cloisters.
Cancellation Policy:
Stays of 1 week+: If bookings are cancelled within 7 days of arrival date the full deposit held will be non-refundable. If bookings are cancelled with more than 7 days notice of the arrival date £250.00 will be retained to cover administration costs.
Stays 1-6 days: A valid credit card is taken at the time of booking to guarantee the room. No deposit required. If bookings are cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date, a maximum of 2 days rental will be charged.
Security Deposit: (to cover against breakages and damage) No security deposit is required although an imprint of your credit card will be taken on arrival to cover against any incidental damage.
Payment Methods:
Credit Cards Accepted: Amex, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Connect, Mastercard, Solo, Switch.
Cheques: If rental or deposit payment is by cheque, this must be cleared prior to arrival.
Other Payments Accepted: Bacs payments, Sterling travellers cheques, cash Sterling Pounds.
