A Temporary Accommodation Licence Agreement is required to be signed by the resident and property manager prior to apartment occupation.
Rental Payment
Full rent plus any additional charges is required 4 weeks prior to arrival.
** Bookings in May – Sep and 15th – 31st December require payment 8 weeks in advance of arrival
Deposit Payment
Prior to arrival a dilapidation deposit of £500 is required for a booking of 1 week; for longer stays a dilapidation deposit equates to 1 week’s rent.
The deposit is returned to the guest after departure subject to any outstanding incidentals or dilapidation charges that may incur during the guests stay.
Methods of Payment
Payment is recommended by Bank Transfer.
Payment can also be made by Credit Cards (American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard), which are accepted on the return of a property credit card authorisation form (to be completed by guest), or by cheque.
Cancellation
Cancellation prior to tenancy is required in writing
i) if the written notice is received less than 3 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks
ii) if the written notice is received between 3 to 4 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge shall be 75% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks
** Bookings from May to September and from 15th to 31st December require written notice at least 8 weeks prior to arrival. If notice is received between 7 and 8 weeks prior to arrival, the cancellation charge is 75% up to a maximum of 4 weeks and if notice is received less than 7 weeks prior to arrival, the cancellation charge is 100% up to a maximum of 4 weeks.
Incidental Payment
Guest will be sent an invoice of incidental charges after departure.
