 VAT is charged on the above rates at 20% for the first 28 nights, reducing to the equivalent of 4% thereafter.  Minimum stay 7 nights (excluding 1 July - 31 August 2012).  Minimum stay 01/07 - 31 August 2012 is 14 nights.

 BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (NOT VALID 01/07 – 31/08/12)
Rental Documents  A Temporary Accommodation Licence Agreement is required to be signed
by the resident and property manager prior to apartment occupation.
 Rental Payment  Full rent plus any additional charges is required 4 weeks prior to arrival.
** Bookings in May – Sep and 15th – 31st December require payment 8 weeks
in advance of arrival
 Deposit Payment Prior to arrival a dilapidation deposit of £1000 is required for a booking of 1 week;
for longer stays a dilapidation deposit equates to 1 week’s rent.  The deposit is
returned to the guest after departure subject to any outstanding incidentals or
dilapidation charges that may incur during the guests stay.
 Methods of Payment
 Payment is recommended by Bank Transfer. Payment can also be made by
Credit Cards (American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard), which are accepted
on the return of a property credit card authorisation form (to be completed by guest), or by cheque.
 Cancellation Cancellation prior to tenancy is required in writing
i)    if the written notice is received less than 3 weeks from the commencement of
the licence period the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total payment
due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks
ii)    if the written notice is received between 3 to 4 weeks from the commencement
of the licence period the cancellation charge shall be 75% of the total payment due
under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks
** Bookings from May to September and from 15th to 31st December require written notice at least 8 weeks prior to arrival. If notice is received between 7 and 8 weeks
prior to arrival, the cancellation charge is 75% up to a maximum of 4 weeks and if
notice is received less than 7 weeks prior to arrival, the cancellation charge is 100%
up to a maximum of 4 weeks.
 Incidental Payment
 Guest will be sent an invoice of incidental charges after departure.

 Rental Documents
 A Temporary Accommodation Licence Agreement is required to be signed by the resident and property manager prior to apartment occupation. Upon arrival the resident will also be asked to complete a registration card.
 Rental Payment
 The rent will be paid by wire transfer in 2 stages.
1.    Upon confirmation of a reservation, 40% of the rental is due 25% of the 40% payment is non-refundable.
2.    The final payment will be 60% of the outstanding rent due on the 15th January 2012. The total rental will be non-refundable at this stage.
Upon confirmation of a reservation, 100% of the rental is due (non-refundable)
 Deposit Payment
 Prior to arrival a dilapidation deposit of £1000 is required
The deposit is returned to the guest after departure subject to any outstanding incidentals or dilapidation charges that may incur during the guests stay.

 Cancellation  The Visitors shall be entitled to cancel the agreement prior to the commencement date by written notice sent to Cheval Knightsbridge, 13 Cheval Place, London, SW7 1EW to the following cancellation charges:
i.    if the written notice is received prior to the 15th January 2012 under the licence period the cancellation charge shall be 25% of the initial first payment.
ii.    if the written notice is received on or after 15th of January 2012 under the licence period the cancellation charge shall be 100% of the total payment due under the agreement
 Incidental Payment
 Guest will be sent an invoice of incidental charges after departure.
