A serviced apartment is an apartment which is let out on a nightly basis in generally the same way as a hotel room. Why stay in a cramped hotel room when you can rent an entire apartment with the added comfort, space and flexibility of home for a similar cost.
What facilities does an apartment have?
Facilities vary but typically all our serviced apartments are fully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen / kitchenette with a range of utensils and appliances, a telephone and is serviced. As a minimum serviced apartments are fully cleaned with a change of all linen and towels at least once per week.

This is because many of the apartments we offer are available at variable rates depending on the duration of the stay, availability and time of year. There are more variables with serviced apartments than there are with hotel rooms so the prices vary accordingly. We will always try to match your requirements and budget with what we have available and offer you the best discount we can.
Is the price shown per person?
All the rates shown and quoted are per apartment and not per person. This means better value for money with no supplements for single occupancy.
Do you provide disabled facilities?
A number of our residences offer disabled access. Please call us with your specific requirements.
How do I make a reservation?

Is there a minimum stay?
No. Go City Apartments can provide you with a serviced apartment for one night, one week, one month, one year or longer. Most of the properties we are offering are available on a nightly basis and you will only need to pay for the number of nights that you use the property. However, some of the properties have longer minimum stay periods.
Go City Apartments will only offer you apartments where the minimum stay period at the property coincides with what you actually need.

Go City Apartments has many types of clients ranging from large corporations sending dozens of staff around the world both on business trips and longer relocation periods to the leisure traveller who only requires a few nights accommodation per year.
How is a serviced apartment kitchen equipped?
All Go City Apartments serviced apartments have a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette with a minimum of an oven and/or microwave, fridge, glassware, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
