Gloucester Park, is constantly investing in its properties to ensure that every apartment maintains five-star standards. In June 2006, the property completed the final stage of an extensive four-year refurbishment programme which included a total redesign of all 96 luxury apartments, overhaul of public areas including the main reception and lobby area, and the addition of a brand new four-bedroom penthouse apartment. In December 2008, Gloucester Park was awarded 5 stars by Quality and Tourism – Visit Britain, under their new serviced apartment assessment scheme launched in 2007.
All of the apartments are spacious and airy with floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies overlooking the properties’ own secluded garden, creating an environment in which to relax away from the bustle of the city life.
The luxury one, two and three bedroom apartments include air conditioning, en-suite granite bathrooms, top of the range Miele kitchens, with dishwashers, washing machines, dryers and fridge/freezer as well as large dining room tables. Modern technology comes as standard at Gloucester Park, each apartment includes wide-screens televisions, DVDs and stereos with CD/mini disc players. To cater for the needs of business travellers they also feature two direct telephone lines, voice messaging, wireless broadband and personal facsimiles.
