All prices are per week in pounds sterling and subject to contract and availability.  Payments can be made by cash, UK cheques, travellers' cheques, bank transfer or credit/debit cards. UK cheques require four working days for clearance.

Included in rates:  The above prices include 5 days a week maid service, weekly linen and towel change and are inclusive of VAT.

Other optional payable services:  Telephone calls, Broadband internet, Extra single folding bed including linen and towels on request at £22/night or £75/week.  Linen charge for use on sofabed is £8 single/double per week. Extra towels £6 per person per week.  Complete set of extra linen and towels £10 per week

Deposit:  A security deposit is required to confirm the booking and is refunded back to the credit card after departure:    Studios £350, one and two bedroom apatments £500.
