Accommodation
The One Bed Apartments (on ground or first floor) have a bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with living and dining area. In the living area is a sofa bed for two.
The Two Bed Apartments (on second or third floor) have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with living and dining area. In the living area is a sofa bed for two.
The Three Bed Apartment is a split level apartment on the ground and lower ground floor. It has a bedroom + bathroom on a ground floor and two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with living and dining area on the lower ground floor. In the living area is a sofa bed for two.
Please note that unfortunately the apartment building does not have an elevator.
The apartments are served three times per week – Monday, Wednesday and Friday and The Leonard has 24 hours hotel reception.
Each room has cable TV with radio, chargeable WiFi/broadband connection, bathrobes, hairdryer, slippers, in room safe, iron and ironing board and direct dial telephone.
Breakfast
Continental and English breakfast is served in the Seymours Restaurant or in the room from 07.00 – 11.00 am and are charged £10.00 and £15.00 respectively.
Confirmation Policy
A credit card number is required to secure all bedroom bookings. For apartments and long stay bookings a deposit is required.

Check In Policy
The Leonard Hotel requires an imprint of a valid credit card from all guests on check-in: this is not a charge but a pre-authorisation to cover any charges made to rooms during your stay. Guests without credit cards will be asked to present valid ID such as passport on check-in, and to pay accommodation charges in full plus a cash deposit to cover extras. Cash deposits will be refunded on check-out – less any charges.
