TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rental Documents

(bookings of up to 3 mths)

A Temporary Accommodation Licence Agreement is required to be signed by the resident and property manager prior to apartment occupation.

Rental Payment

Full payment is required 1-2 weeks prior to the date of arrival, and is taken from the returned credit card authorization form (part of booking confirmation documents) unless notified of alternative method of payment

 

Deposit Payment

Between 1-7 days prior to arrival, a dilapidation deposit will be required. For bookings more than seven nights, £500.00 will be pre-authorized against the credit card used to secure payment (unless alternative credit card is provided/advised)

The deposit is returned to the guest credit card after departure subject to any outstanding incidentals or dilapidation charges that may be incurred during the guest’s stay.

Methods of Payment

Payment can be made by Credit Cards (American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard), which are accepted on the return of a property credit card authorization form (to be completed by guest).

* Alternative methods of payment can be discussed when booking the apartment.

Cancellation

Cancellation prior to tenancy is required in writing

i) if the written notice is received less than 3 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks

ii) if the written notice is received between 3 to 4 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge shall be 75% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks

Incidental Payment

Guest will be sent an invoice of incidental charges after departure, once the outgoing inventory has been completed.
