TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rental Documents
(Minimum booking term – 13 weeks/3 months) |
A full Tenancy Agreement is required to be completed, signed and witnessed by both parties prior to the tenancy beginning |

Rental Payment |
Initial thirteen weeks (three months) rental is required to be settled in advance of apartment occupation. |
|
Deposit Payment |
A dilapidation deposit equivalent to four weeks rental is required prior to arrival.
For Individual Clients, the deposit is due within 5 working days of booking and can be paid either by credit card or bank transfer. Once the deposit is received the reservation will then be confirmed.
For Corporate Clients deposit or letter of guarantee is agreed subject to status.
The deposit is returned after departure within 20 working days, and is subject to any outstanding incidentals or dilapidation charges that may be incurred during the guest’s stay, and plus interest.

Methods of Payment |
Preferred method of payment is by CHAPS or BACS transfer, or Cheque. Deposits can be paid by credit card.
Credit Cards can be accepted for payment of sundries (Amex, Diners, Visa, MasterCard) |

Cancellation |
Cancellation prior to tenancy is required in writing
28 or more days notice prior to arrival – monies fully refunded.
14 - 28 days notice prior to arrival - 50% of deposit non-refundable. Balance of monies refunded in full.
14 days notice prior to arrival – deposit non refundable. Balance of monies refunded in full. |

Incidental Payment |
Guest will be sent an invoice of incidental charges on a monthly basis. |
|
Check In Time |
12:00 pm or 5.00 pm. If an early arrival is required, the apartment must be booked from the night before. |
