Rental Documents
(bookings of up to 3 mths) |
A Temporary Accommodation Licence Agreement is required to be signed by the resident and property manager prior to apartment occupation. Upon arrival the resident will also be asked to complete a registration card. |

Rental Payment |
Full rent plus any additional charges is required 4 weeks prior to arrival. |
|
Deposit Payment |
A £500 dilapidation deposit is pre-authorized from the credit card provided for stays less than 3 months. For stays of 3 months or more one month’s rent is due as a deposit.
The deposit is returned to the guest credit card after departure subject to any outstanding incidentals or dilapidation charges that may incur during the guests stay. |

Methods of Payment |
Payment is recommended by CHAPS or BACS transfers.
Payment can also be made by Credit Cards (American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard), which are accepted on the return of a property credit card authorization form (to be completed by guest) |

Cancellation |
Cancellation prior to tenancy is required in writing
i) if the written notice is received less than 3 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks.
ii) if the written notice is received between 3 to 4 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge shall be 75% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks. |

Incidental Payment |
Guest will be sent an invoice of incidental charges after departure, once the outgoing inventory has been completed. |
